Programme Stakeholders & Beneficiaries
IQEP Main

The quality advancement and quality assurance interventions will benefit the students, teachers and school managers by improving their competencies and skills. Moreover, the initiative seeks to facilitate secondary stakeholders such as the School Management Committees, parents and district education officials to perform their roles more effectively towards improving the quality of education in schools.

Children
Being the most important stakeholder of any educational intervention, children will benefit from the availability of an enriched learning environment that enables them to explore their creative interests and diverse learning aptitudes.

Teachers
The programme proposes teacher training and learning support to improve the academic environment within schools. The capacity building interventions in IQEP will focus on curriculum enrichment and pedagogical skills enhancement of teaching staff.

School Management
School management and leadership have significant impact on the learning environment within the schools. The program will aim at capacity building of school heads in effectively leading and managing school improvement plans.

Parents & Communities
In order to enable a greater sense of ownership and participation in their children’s education, parents and members of school management bodies will be provided opportunities through the programme to participate in school events, awareness sessions and sharing meetings at the schools.

Government / Private Sector / Civil Society
The programme will undertake advocacy initiatives at the local and provincial levels through organizing events, workshops and undertaking research. This will enable the sharing of IQEP best practices and lessons learnt in order to inform and encourage similar initiatives within the province of Sindh.
