Capacity Building of School Entrepreneurs
‘Promoting Low-Cost Private Schooling in Rural Sindh’ (PPRS) Project was initiated ‘to establish public private partnerships for increasing access to and improving the quality of educational services provided to the children in marginalized areas of the Sindh province.’ One of the primary areas of intervention the project focuses on is the capacity building of entrepreneurs. During July 2009 3-day training was held for entrepreneurs titled “Academic Leadership Training for Entrepreneurs”. The objective of the training was to inculcate leadership qualities and enhance capabilities in partner entrepreneurs to enable them to establish and manage schools effectively.
