| Training of Trainers Session held at SEF |
A 4-Day Training of Trainers’ Session was conducted by the Learning & Support Unit at the SEF Head Office from 31st March to 3rd April, 2010 under PPRS Phase I. The mock training session, being attended by LSU team from Head Office as well as regional trainers has been designed to ensure effective field training (planned for mid April) for the teachers and entrepreneurs of 200 PPRS Project Phase I schools in 10 districts. The purpose of the field training is to impart useful guidelines to entrepreneurs on academic and administrative planning of the schools so that the quality of education imparted can be brought up to Sindh Education Foundation’s desired standards. The ToT being held at the SEF head office aims to orient the trainers with school guidelines and also to demonstrate interactive teaching practices and methodologies. |
