SEF Collective is an in-house newsletter aiming to provide stakeholders information related to the Foundation’s latest activities. Read the latest edition of SEF Collective.
Six Issues of the Children’s Newsletter have been produced and delivered to RCC partner organizations for distribution to RCC: ECD Programme schools. 
SEF’s advocacy efforts continually aim to establish linkages that would enrich the work of the Foundation and ensure sustainainability of efforts and SEF’s growth as a viable organization not only in the province but also across the country.
 
 
 
SEF participates in the meeting of Stakeholders working on Literacy & Non Formal Basic Education in Sindh
Prof. Rehana Mughani (Advisor, SEF) represented SEF at the National Literacy Forum held in Islamabad on August 3-4, 2010. Participants from across the country shared provincial progress in the field of education and literacy. Prof. Mughni presented the educational interventions undertaken by the SEF in Sindh and highlighted efforts of the Foundation in facilitating Directorate of Literacy for achieving EFA goals.

Prof. Rehana also participated in a meeting held on August 11th, 2010 at Sindh Literacy Professional Development Centre, Karachi. Chaired by Director Literacy and Non-Formal Basic Education Sindh, the participants reviewed the adult literacy progress in the province and outlined activities and resource publications for Literacy Year 2010. Details of the Sindh Literacy Action Plan 2010-2015 were also shared. Representatives from SEF, Directorate Private Institutions, NCHD, The Education Foundation, Standing Committee of Education and Directorate, Literacy & Non Formal Education Sindh, briefed the participants regarding the progress made by their respective organizations. Prof. Rehana Mughni briefed about the various initiatives spearheaded by SEF in Sindh which are reaching out to around 0.7 million children in the age bracket 4-14 years and 1300 adult learners through various programs and projects.
