Sindh Education Foundation operates comprehensive training programs which exclusively come under the ambit of the organizations specialized training branch, otherwise termed as the Learning Support Unit (LSU).The Foundation prides itself in training its staff and other relevant stakeholders in innovative practices that have proved to be immensely beneficial to the personal development of individuals and to the broader success of their organization. We also aim towards an integrated learning and training approach that provides an in-depth and contextually relevant understanding to our learners.
SEF’s training and capacity building sessions focus on teachers, parents, community members and other school staff. Training is also focused on social organizers and education supervisors for the qualitative improvement of education. The trainers also focuses on training focal persons of the program teams with a vision to prepare a second line of trainers for wider training and learning support replication at the grassroots.
