One of the flagship publications of the Releasing Confidence & Creativity: An ECD Programme; Nurture is available free of cost for readers in Pakistan. The Government of Pakistan conceptualized the EFA National Plan of Action (2001-2015) based on the Education Sector Reforms (ESR). ESR as a whole is geared towards addressing issues of low enrollment in schooling, educational inequalities by gender and location and lack of access to schooling. This website critically evaluates where Sindh (one of Pakistan's 4 provinces) stands with regard to meeting EFA goals.
