Eligibility Criteria a. The applicant must be currently studying in Grade V/ Class 5 (bonafide) student of Government School or SEF School. b. The applicant must have studied in any Government School or SEF School for at least last three academic years including Grade 5. c. Applicant’s age should not exceed eleven (11) years as on closing date of advertisement. d. The student must be a resident of the districts of Karachi Division or district Thatta or Sujawal Documents Required Along with Admission Form a. Duly filled Admission/Application Form along with 06 passport size recent photographs (with Blue background). b. Photocopy of General Register (GR) page duly attested by concerned Head M aster/ Head Mistress and School leaving Certificate / Pass Certificate will be required at the time of admission. c. Photocopies of Students' B-Form, Father’s Domicile and Father's CNIC are required. In case of non -availability, candidates must apply for the same and attach copy of NADRA. Application Procedure a. Admission/Application Online Form (for Entry Test) is available at www.psg.edu.pk b. Admission Form must be completely filled in with all required details and incomplete forms will NOT be accepted. c. Admission Form must be countersigned by concerned Head Master/Head Mistress of the School. d. Admission Form with all the required documents to be submitted to Public School Gadap, Karachi, 22 km of Super Highway Main Gadap, Road, Gadap Town, Karachi.
